Province Namur (Namen)This province has more legend stones than megaliths. 'La Pierre-qui-tourne' - Velaine-sur-SambreIrregular standing stone, shaped in 'White Brussels Sandstone', +- 3 meter height from ground level.
Several Neolithic objects where found in the neighborhood. The stone is difficult to find, on the end of a field way, hidden in a little forest on private ground. According a legend the stone turns, following the sun... Probable once a few other standing stones and a dolmen where located nearby. (According W. Brou) Unfortunately the stone is damaged by graffiti.
